About 25 years ago, I developed guide rail clamping blocks for mounting and securing linear guide rails. Since then, to meet the diverse needs of our customers, we have developed a new generation of clamping blocks made of C36 material, supplied to the market at more competitive prices than conventional products.
This new product adopts a thorough anti-rust surface treatment process and, compared to traditional brass products, offers superior impact absorption and higher rigidity.
In recent years, as industrial equipment continues to advance toward higher precision and higher-end specifications, the use of guide rail clamping blocks has steadily increased to effectively suppress linear guide vibration and ensure installation accuracy. However, the high price of conventional products has placed a significant burden on equipment manufacturing costs.
To address this issue, TOBJET has successfully developed a new type of guide rail clamping block that reduces the supply price by approximately 30% compared to conventional products.
At the same time, to meet the requirements of various installation environments and usage conditions, we have developed products in a range of specifications and structures, offering customers richer and more flexible choices.
In particular, we have completed the development of compact clamping blocks for micro linear guides and have officially begun selling them.
